2. Principle
You can visit oceya.ch without giving us any personal information. The website has no shop, no customer account and no forms. We only process the data needed to run and secure the site and — with your consent — to measure its reach.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is run by an external hosting provider. With every request, the server automatically stores technical information in log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system. We need this data to deliver the website and protect it from misuse. It is not combined with other data and is deleted after 30 days at the latest.
4. Fonts and local storage
All fonts and images are loaded directly from our server; no third-party content is embedded. We store your language choice and your cookie decision in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). This information does not leave your device.
5. Google Analytics
To understand how the website is used, we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).
Google Analytics is only loaded once you agree in the cookie banner. Google then sets cookies and records usage information such as pages visited, time on page, referring page, approximate location (country, region), device type, screen size and browser. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. We only receive aggregated reports and cannot identify individual people from them. Google signals and advertising features are switched off. Data retention is set to 14 months.
Data may be transferred to servers of Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses also apply.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, where applicable). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future:

Oceya does not sell directly. If you follow a link to a retailer, such as tsk.ch, that retailer’s own privacy policy applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request information about the personal data we process about you, and to have it corrected, deleted or handed over. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, with the competent supervisory authority.
8. Data security
The website is only transmitted encrypted (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

We update this privacy policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
